We recommend diagonal cross-bracing on any platform over 16 inches high to maximize the performance of our platform and the video quality. Diagonal cross-bracing is an easy and inexpensive way to eliminate any unwanted movement in your videos by using our Quik Stage Quick Connect Clamps.

There are three ways you can have Quik Stage camera platform set up. First, you can have both a camera and a camera operator on one platform. Second, you can have the operator standing on the floor and operate the camera that way or a third way is when you have your camera platforms side by side and the operator is located on one and the camera on the other. By having the operator on a separate platform, any movement the operator makes will not transfer to the camera platform. 

Our camera risers come in many sizes and heights and with multiple deck surfaces. All of our staging products, including camera platforms come standard with ¾” strip of hook Velcro (hook fastener) indented into the frame of the deck for easy and quick installation of our stage skirting to give your camera platforms a finished and more professional appearance.

Our camera platforms are made of all aluminum frame so they are one of the lightest in the industry, yet extremely heavy duty. You can choose from one of our 4 different deck surfaces and a set of our all aluminum heavy duty stage legs, which come in many height options. Additionally, our stage legs come with adjustable screw feet which offer 2” of fine leveling so if you have an uneven ground/floor these adjustable feet come in handy. Also, all of our stage legs come standard with a grey neoprene pad on the bottom so they will not mar or scratch any floor surface, including gym floors.

Quik Stage camera platforms are designed and engineered to be set up and taken down quickly and easily with no instructions needed. You simply insert the legs in the leg sockets, tighten with a t-knob, and set it up on its feet. If you have diagonal cross-bracing with your platform we will supply instructions, but this too is very easy to set up. We pride ourselves on simplicity and superior quality of our products.
